January 31, 2022 by Jarred

3 Types of Friends You Should Have In Your Life | by Nahid Husain-Habib | Be Yourself

Friendship is one of life’s most important treasures. It might be difficult to make friends, and much more difficult to maintain them, but real friendship is priceless. If you’re anything like us, you like a good buddy movie. There’s nothing quite like witnessing two individuals who are close navigate livelihood together through its peaks and troughs. Such films frequently remind us of the value of friends, and they may even alter our perceptions of our own connections. There are several films on friendship that are well worth viewing.

The Best of Friends (1982)

Best Friends (1982) - IMDb

This film is about two buddies who are diametrically opposed to one another. John Woodhouse (William Katt) is the main character, a wealthy, intellectual guy with a thriving social life and a plethora of romantic interests. Norman Jablonsky (Jim Youngs), his best buddy, is jobless, has no culture or elegance, and has never had achievement in love or friendship. When they decide to paddle down the Mississippi River together for old times’ sake, it quickly becomes clear that their differences will cause problems along the way, as different disputes develop on-screen and behind the scenes during shooting.

Another Way Home (1998)

This film follows Josh, an eight-year-old boy, when his family relocates from New York City to a tiny southern village. Josh is having trouble making friends in his new house, and then he meets Tish, who becomes his greatest buddy. As they traverse the good days and bad days of middle school together, the film tracks their bond. Fortunately, everyone may get this fantastic movie for free at https://u1337x.org/.

Friendship’s Field (2000)

After their parents die in a car accident, two adolescent sisters, Lizzie and Emily, are forced to spend the summer with their grandpa on his farm. The girls are hesitant to be around one another at first, but they quickly learn that they have more in common than they anticipated and begin to connect through their mutual passion for horses. Furthermore, the grandpa inspires in them the value of hard work and the ability to rely on oneself.

The Odd Couple (1968)

Oscar Madison and Felix Unger are two mismatched buddies in this classic film. Oscar is a sloppy sportswriter who can’t manage to keep his clothing or dishes clean, whereas Felix is a neatnik who just divorced. When the two are forced to share a room, hilarity erupts as they fight to get along. However, their relationship proves to be priceless in the end.

The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants

During their summer vacation, four young girls become great friends and promise to keep in touch. They accomplish this by passing around a pair of jeans that suddenly fits everyone, regardless of size. As they get older and experience life’s ups and downs, the girls express their dreams and anxieties. This film is ideal for reminding us all how important our friendships are and how much we should fight for them.

Friendship (2000)

Two youngsters named Ah-Ken and Xiao-Nian become unexpected friends at a reform school in this underappreciated Chinese film. Ah-Ken comes from an affluent family, yet he was put to the school for arson, whilst Xiao-Nian comes from a poor family and was sent there for theft. Despite their differences, the two lads connect by their common need to protect themselves at a bully-infested school. This film is perfect for reminding us all of how valuable our friendships are and how hard we should fight for them.

Clueless

Cher Horowitz is a famous high school girl whose connections are crucial to her existence. She and her pals, who call themselves the “step-ins,” assist each other through all of high school’s obstacles. The video effectively captures the complexities of adolescent girls’ friendship groups, as well as the necessity of having such a strong support system. This film is also worth seeing for the stunning couture and 90s music alone.

Finding Nemo

A narrative about bravery, adventure, and conquering fears, Finding Nemo follows Marlin, a clown fish, on a quest across the ocean to locate his kid, who has been abducted by mankind after tumbling overboard their boat. He embarks on a mission with Dory, a friendly but forgetful blue tang fish, and they face a number of challenges along the road. It’s a moving narrative of a father’s love for his kid, as well as Dory’s companionship, who is always there to assist them overcome problems.

The Little Mermaid

Ariel is a mermaid princess whose life goal is to transform into a human so she may marry her prince charming Eric (who does not know she exists). She makes a bargain with Ursula, the wicked sea witch, to turn her tail into legs if she can obtain three high-quality goods for Ursula before sunset the next day — a seemingly impossible feat at first glance! With the help of some magical seashells and a few dolphins, this young girl is soon on her way to becoming a human. This film has been dubbed one of Disney’s best animated pictures, and there’s no denying it.

Conclusion

To sum up, there are several friendship films that emphasise the value of companionship. If you care about friendship, you should see the films described above.
