Green Lithography: Sustainable Practices in Semiconductor Manufacturing

Techniques like directed self-assembly (DSA) also reduce the number of steps involved, conserving resources and further minimizing the carbon footprint of semiconductor manufacturing.

By adopting green lithography techniques, semiconductor manufacturers can lower their energy use and reduce the hazardous waste produced during fabrication.
